Shipping & Returns


UK Post 

Our standard rates are:

Evri Courier Tracked Standard (2-3 working days) - £2.99 - A tracking number is provided via email

Evri Courier Tracked Next Day (1-2 working days) - £3.99 - A tracking number is provided via email
Signed for on collection - Selected Shipping Method + 90p - A tracking number is provided via email, someone will need to be available at the postal address to sign for the delivery. 
 

International Post

International Standard (3-5 working days for Europe, 6-7 days Worldwide) - £4.99

International Tracked & Signed (3-5 working days for Europe, 6-7 days Worldwide) - £8.99 - A tracking number is provided via email, someone will need to be available at the postal address to sign for the delivery.

Missing Parcels, Damaged Goods & Unexpected Items

Occasionally things may not always go as intended. Whether there is a problem with a missing parcel, damaged goods or you receive something you did not order, we will do everything in our power to rectify the issue.

 

If there are any problems with your order please contact us via email to support@oceanloop.co.uk. The process will be a lot quicker if you provide your order number (found in the confirmation email), your postal address and pictures where appropriate. We aim to reply to any messages within 24 hours.

Missing Parcels

Please be aware all delivery times provides are estimates set by our postage providers. In a rare circumstance, your parcel may take a little longer to arrive than stated. As per our terms of service, it is our policy to re-send a parcel after we have submitted a lost parcel claim. For UK orders we are required to wait 10 working days before making a claim. For European countries, we are required to wait 20 days or 25 days for any other country outside the EU.

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives in any condition other than new and you report the issue to us via email straight away then we will happily replace the item for you. We do have a strict procedure for checking the quality of all goods and will not accept liability for items which have been damaged after being used unless it was due to a proven manufacturer fault.

Unexpected Items

On the rare occasion you are sent the wrong items please send us an email to support@oceanloop.co.uk and we will try to rectify the issue straight away.

Returns Policy

We are happy to exchange or refund any products within 14 days of delivery as long as they arrive back in the condition they were sent. We ask any customer returning unwanted items to pay for the postage costs. If you are unhappy with the item we sent then please email support@oceanloop.co.uk, we will be happy to walk through the returns procedure with you.

 

If you have a question regarding shipping & returns that have not been answered above then please email support@oceanloop.co.uk. We aim to reply to all messages within 24 hours. We strive to satisfy our customers and will do our best resolve any queries.
